Can Bus Cable support

The Manage app already has support for the new Can Bus cable.
Since its plug and play with on connect sense we should make the DMD2-Next implementation fully automatic, as soon as the cable is attached the device shows in DMD2-Next devices list.
Regarding UI it should match the OBD2 device almost 100%
