HUB My Locations: folders work like the GPX Manager, and several locations move at once

A location you move into a folder will leave the top level of My Locations, which will show only unfiled locations and your folders, as the GPX Manager does. You can still see every location from one view. You will also be able to drag one location or a whole selection onto a folder, and moving several locations at once will be easier to find.
