Vehicle alarms in the Devices wrench button: battery and engine coolant temperature

The wrench button in the Devices menu gets an Alarms tab next to Trouble Codes. Battery & Charging moves there from Map Settings › Warnings (your choices are kept), and a new Coolant Too Hot alarm warns you, with a screen flash (LED on the T781) and voice, when the engine coolant stays above the temperature you set (110 °C by default).
