a few times now when visualizing couples multi track gpx files I have had a few tracks disabled and then saved (overwritten) to same file name in gpx manager only to find out much later tracks are gone!!! yuk
please have a 2nd dialog window come up after clicking save that warns you some tracks/waypoints are not enabled "Are you sure you want to ignore hidden items". currently this setting is one click down in and not easily visible.
