Map Layers: the preview uses the same map as the rest of the HUB

The preview map on your Map Layers page now looks and works like the other HUB maps (Locations, GPX Files, the planner): the HUB base map with relief, a Map / Satellite switch, and the same Options, Fit and Full screen buttons. The layer you pick is drawn on top, with its opacity and zoom range, as the planner shows it.
