HUB account menus: the same names and order everywhere

The left menu of your HUB account and the menu under your avatar now list the same pages, with the same names, in the same order. Names lose the "My " prefix (everything there is yours already), Map Layers sits next to your other files, and each page's title matches its name in the menu.
