Power Box: the "When the ignition comes on" option is removed

The DMD Power Box already handles the ignition on its own: when you switch off, it turns its channels off and goes idle, and when you switch on again it brings back exactly the switches it had. The app-side "When the ignition comes on" option in DMD 2 and Mini Launcher promised to load Profile 1 or 2 at key-on, but it could not do that reliably, so it goes away. To change profiles from the bike, use the C2 input (a handlebar switch or the high beam) with "When C2 turns on / off", or the Profile button in the app. The manual is updated to match.
