Online layer button doesn't appear in the screen

In DMD2 version 4.039 when you enable the Online Layers button in the Map Overlays settings it doesn't appear in the screen (not the wordwide button at the bottom, in the bottom bar). The other Map Overlay buttons work perfectly.
