Follow mode -> Delay to enter panning mode.

I find my Follow mode is unintentionally disabled quite often in Next.
The joystick delay to enter panning that exists in DMD2 Current is needed in Next when using a remote.
I also think that it is too easy (when the screen is unlocked) to enter panning accidentally when interacting with other touch buttons on the screen. Maybe there is a way that panning mode can only happen with a deliberate push and swipe on the map.
