The toggles in the app (on-off) are often hard to hit

We need to increase the tap hit area for all app toggle based UI elements.

Just noticed that in "Loaded GPX Files" the toggles are smaller then everywhere else in the app, this was unintentionally since this view is using a previous style that we dropped.
