GPX-Route does play turn-by-turn

I've created a couple of routes in Garmin BaseCamp. After, I uploaded them into DMD Planner, recalculated them and saved them again as new GPX file.
Some of them are working correctly, when using in DMD2 (Next). Turn-by-turn is shown and works. But two routes do not show any turn-by-turn, which is strange. I have no idea, why? I would expect, this should work, when recalculated and saved by DMD Planner?
