CAP 0 degrees registers as error

When saving a roadbook where the CAP in a note is 0 degrees (Due North) this is registered as an error/as no value for CAP. When changing to any number from 1 and up the error is gone.

mayby could replace 0 by # when there is no CAP input so that # trows the error and 0 not. in case of a thru 0 i input 001
