Quick Actions Menu - Recorder - Add record control on the quick actions level instead of sub menu

I think we can speed up the recorder controller if the GPX Recorder entry in the Quick Action view contains a record / pause button on this level, instead of having to tap "Recorder" and go to a sub-view.
