When an SD Card is missing it should not be reported as "your maps are gone"

Corrected as:
If your maps live on an SD card and the card isn't being read, DMD-Next used to report the maps as missing and suggest re-downloading them — which would have filled your internal storage with a second copy of maps you already own. It now tells you the card wasn't detected and says not to re-download. Re-seat the card and your maps come straight back
