Combined Changes between MiniLauncher / Phone Link / DMD2-Next

A SIM that can't actually call no longer swallows the call
A phone with call sharing switched off is no longer offered as a call target.
Fixed — Phone Link falsely reporting a stale pairing
Added — the Android phone's notifications now reach DMD2-Next
This update requires release of the 3 apps updates (MiniLauncher / Phone Link / DMD2-Next)
