Match auth token system from DMD2-Next in DMD2-Current to avoid breaking anything

DMD2-Next and the iOS app already moved to a more sophisticated token based authentication.
DMD2 current needs to move to the same system or we can break something that we do not want, we will need to keep supporting DMD2 current for a while.
