More turn instructions in turn by turn navigation

What:
Would be fine if DMD2-Next give turning instruction between "1000 meters" and "Turn NOW". If it possible would be also useful some opportunities to parameter these setting (distance, number of instructions).
Why:
In heavy or difficult traffic conditions, higher speeds, on twisty roads you don't have the time and possibility to look always the screen but you have to look the street, and the road itself.
Simply: some convenience, but mostly for safety reasons.

like calling out pace notes as a navigator in a a rally car,. but then on schreen.. love the idea
