CAP HDG in roadbook view not the identical to HDG in map view

i.e. current map view HDG is 90 deg and when i select roadbook HDG is 202 deg in small print bottom in the CAP to follow widget, the map view HDG is the correct one , it seems that roadbook HDG is most times off
