Compass Overlay for Cap Heading

Enable overlay for map showing compass in north orientation to easily pull heading off of.

i use a google compass extension , works nice for getting the correct CAP for the roadbook notes.
but agree would be convenient to have the compass overlay build in DMD so it is just a click away
