Cap Indicator in Tuplip

Create either an automated cap placement mechanism, or create a symbol cap for easy placement.

that is already there you can add your own cap's in the roadbook.
when your in <edit roadbook row> click the right tab < details> here you can add yuour own cap heading

I agree that you can add the actual cap direction, but my understanding is that roadbooks will typically have a small icon in the tulip that indicated at which point on the tulip the cap heading is valid for. If I have a long sweeping corner for example, do I measure at the start, the middle or the end of the curve.
