could there a tab be added with regular road signs and traffic lights (there are not a lot of dunes in NL ;) ) , to enhance roadbook use on paved road?

like tab's for FIA rally / EU road signs / US road signs ETC.
is it possible to to make a favourites or most used function?
i.e any used marker moves to the op of the tulips and or symbol page. or that you can tick the box from the tulip/symbol so it moves to the top of the page.
