Improved tulip editing

In addtion to the ready tulips that can be adde, have the possibility to add tulip features, like a roundabout or roads going into or out of the upcoming tulip.
Also the possibility to add different road types to the tulip:
- dashed lines for tracks
- solid narrow for small roads
- double lines for larger roads
- triples for motorways

or easier to edit the current tulips, would help as well. pre color the black tracks, and keep direction to move blue already would help a lot
