UI Scaling gets lost

In some cases the UI Scaling gets lost. The setting value in the menu itself remains on the correct percentage value, but the display itself has been set to default scaling.

this is not solved in 1.0.45
reproduction:

Map on hardkey 1 Terra Pirata
Map on hardkey 2 DMD next
bring terra pirata to front use DMD next as overlay window
put tablet to sleep
wake up after a certain sleep time
bring DMD next to front -> scaling lost, even if the setting indicates 115%
