GPX Tracks - Turn instructions

Re-implement the DMD2 classic feature of showing turn instructions on GPX tracks:
- Evaluate turn by turn
- Evaluate pure geometry based turn angles

There have been some complaints on the fb group by people who thought the information was redundant and took up space, but I really like it: not only I found useful to see the shape on the turn, but I also like the number suggesting a (gear) level of difficulty.
