Need Freedom Units

I don't see a way to change to Imperial, which unfortunately, we use heavily in the land of lard.

well your military is using metric so can you ;)
but if you want to stick to stones feet tumbs stone age system. tab home then arrow up in the rh bottom corner, select settings then localization, under distance you can select either metric or imperial
