Different Toll options, vignette etc

When doing a liaison, sometimes using the highway is the easiest and fastest way. And in some countries you have to buy Vignettes and you have parts of the roads (tunnels and Bridges) where you have to pay extra.
It would be great if you can say if you have a vignette for a country. Plus when you can say, vignette is okay but not the extra Toll fees.
