Can I use one subscription on more than one device?

Yes.
A subscription bought on Google Play belongs to your Google account, so any device signed in to that same Google account and running the Play version of DMD2 picks it up by itself.
For a device that is not on that Google account, sign in to the DMD HUB with your account on both devices — the license is carried to your other devices through the HUB.
A DMD Navigation unit needs none of this. Its license is built into the hardware, and it does not consume anything from a subscription you may also hold.
