A user manual for the HUB website

A new "HUB Web" section in the docs site's top menu, with a guide for each tool on the HUB website: your account and overview, GPX Files, Locations, Events (including running one as the organiser), the Planner, the Roadbook Generator, Map Layers, Groups, Trip Sharing, Signature Tracks, Services, News and Videos, and your devices and licenses. Each guide shows the website's own screens, with screenshots, and links to the matching DMD2 app guide.
