GPX Files and Locations: the same filters, and show or hide shared, community and favourite items

The filter bars on the GPX Files and Locations pages of your HUB account will look and work the same. GPX Files gets a filter to show or hide files that are not yours (Shared with me, Community Collection), and Locations gets a filter to show or hide the favourites you saved from other riders, so you can see only your own items, only the shared ones, or everything.
