Roadbook pages on the HUB look like GPX pages, with comments and sharing

A roadbook's page on the HUB gets the same layout as a GPX file's page: a header with coloured tags and the Add button, the HUB map (map styles, fit, full screen) showing the area the roadbook rides, the roadbook's contents and its author on the right, share buttons, and Reviews & comments so riders can rate and talk about a roadbook.
