A clearer HUB website menu

The HUB website's top menu gets a cleaner look. Rides and Locations open small cards that say what each page is for, with a shortcut to your files or to add a location. About shows everything in one panel with three columns. Your account menu gathers your files, places, trips, events and videos in one grid. On a phone, the menu slides in from the side and its groups fold open.
