LoRa group rides: steadier positions in bigger groups

In LoRa group rides with four or more riders the radio channel gets crowded and positions arrive less often. Radios will take turns on a schedule set by GPS time, sized to how long each message really takes on the air, and each radio will only pass on the riders others can't already hear. Old recorded messages replayed over the air will also be refused.
