add export options when saving a project as in the gpx manager

The option to “ignore hidden items” has disappeared when saving a project as a gpx in the gpx manager. The planner behave in a way or the other according to the latest choice made when exporting the project to a gpx locally on the device (the option to ignore hidden items is still available there).
