configurable ETA / average speed

DMD Router currently derives travel time from the selected routing profile, and the estimate is not adjustable. On road profiles this works well, but on Offroad Easy / Medium / Hard and Advanced Adventure the ETA is consistently optimistic compared to real riding pace, because actual progress on trails depends on the rider, the bike, the load and the conditions far more than on the road classification. The Request: A per profile average speed setting (or a simple ETA correction factor, for example 0.6x to 1.4x), stored with the profile so it survives reroutes and applies in the HUB Planner too. Optionally, an automatic mode that learns from recorded rides and adapts the estimate to the own historical pace on comparable surfaces. Ideally the option to exclude or include stops (fuel, breaks) in the arrival time. Why it matters: on multi day adventure routes, the ETA is what tells you whether you reach the next fuel stop or tonight's accommodation before dark. An estimate that is off by 30 to 40 percent turns a planning tool into a number you learn to ignore.
