Map Overlay Indicator - Placement / Resize / Alignment

We need to make it simple!
Map indicator placement needs a lot of work:
- Allow all indicators to grow/shrink horizontally
- Move align/setup/resize to the bottom menu (replace the Indicator Placement text area)
- Make a "selected" indicator UI change so the user knows which one is currently selected for edit
