Map Overlay Indicator - Placement / Resize / Alignment

We need to make it simple!
Map indicator placement needs a lot of work:
- Allow all indicators to grow/shrink horizontally
- Move align/setup/resize to the bottom menu (replace the Indicator Placement text area)
- Make a "selected" indicator UI change so the user knows which one is currently selected for edit

Placement of overlays right now is very finnicky. I would love to be able to resize multiple indicators to the same dimensions (eg 2 Action Cameras, same size box). Also be able to allign multiple indicators to each other, or distribute evenly over a certain amount of space..
Would also be useful to have indicators automatically move when another indicator needs its space.
