GPX Manager Folders, allow Load all files in folder to load to DMD2

A switch per folder that makes all GPX files inside the folder be set to load in DMD2 map or not.
Also in the "Loaded GPX Files" view (in the app) we could group files that belong to the same folder in a sort of folder that can be expanded and collapsed.
