Speed defined volume

Create an audio option to set a speed dependent volume increase that would apply to both media and navigation. Allow the user to select from several levels or percentage of volume increases as well as an option to turn it off.
Why: Many people use bluetooth helmet speakers that need to be turned up to hear at road speed, but are then too loud at a stop. Others that use in ear headphones may not like a volume change and wish to turn it off.
