Analyse and merge overlaps has several glitches.

There are several glitches in the analyse and merge gpx import in the planner, which I’m finding difficult to describe comprehensively. The pictures show a few examples of gaps left in the original tracks and overlaps missed. The final picture shows importing the same track imported with reverse direction which is classified as a total overlap, but should it? The direction of travel being reversed is say there is zero overlap. Cheers.
