HUB section - Settings section

Inside the HUB section of the app we need a new "Settings" section where we can add some wanted settings for new features.
1. Create new "Settings" section
2. HUB user locations -> setting to show pin or photo
3. Riding Groups -> show group shortcut button (dual purpose as direct access to the groups view + shows stats about who is online offline, who needs help, who is getting behind, etc)
4. Riding Groups -> show riders trail
5. Riding Groups Warnings -> Warn about a user getting more than X distance away
