add USGS Fee-Managers & MVUM to online map list

today 6/4/26 huge news in US, all federal lands just opened again to motorized vehicles as it was in the 1970s. Please look at how gaia/caltopo get MVUM or figure out the wms so it works consistently or best would be add it to online list so it works in planner and next. Look how gaia gets USGS Fee Managers layer too please and implement both. These are really the only 2 things gaia still has going for it.
