Why is my map screen all white (no map loading)?

If you already downloaded maps but the map screen is all white and no map is showing there are two possible causes:

1) The map location is not centered in your current location - If you downloaded the map to your current location make sure the map is centered to your location (tap this button, make sure the icon is a filled arrow or compass):

2) One of your map files are corrupted - Either the download was interrupted too many times, the storage device changed (removed SD Card) or for some reason the map file is just not complete. In this case you need to download the map again.

If you have downloaded more than one map file, you should disable them all and enable one by one and check which map is causing the error, once you find it, download it again.
