We get a lot of emails about not being able to login in the DMD Navigation website, the issue here is that 98% of the times the user never even created an account in our website.

There seems to be a misunderstanding that if you bought a DMD² subscription you have an account and you can login, this is not true.
When you buy any DMD² plugin or map subscription the purchase is handled by Google Play Store, your purchases are registered in whatever google account you are using and that is in no way related to the DMD² website.

The account in the DMD² website is totally independent, it exists so that you can use the forum, the feed and groups and use the same login in the app so that you can use the group ride feature.

If you want to use the group ride feature you need to create an account in the DMD Website and you need to follow the instructions available here.
